Terms of Service
Effective October 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and treadflow about your use of the treadflow website and software. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use treadflow for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
1. The service
treadflow is cloud software for tire storage businesses. It lets a business track customers, vehicles and tire sets, manage warehouses, schedule and dispatch pickups and deliveries, collect delivery photos and signatures, and give its customers a portal to book and follow their requests. Features available to you depend on your plan. We may improve, change or retire features, and will give notice of any change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes.
2. Accounts
- An organization is created by a person who becomes its administrator and is responsible for that account.
- Administrators decide who is invited and what role (admin, staff, driver or customer) each person has. You are responsible for activity under your organization's accounts.
- Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
- One person should not share a login. Drivers and staff should each have their own account.
3. Plans, limits and fees
We offer a free plan and paid plans, with the users, monthly request limits and features described on our pricing page. Plan details and prices may change; a change to a price you already pay takes effect at your next billing period after we notify you.
- Paid plans are billed in advance each month through Stripe in Canadian dollars unless we agree otherwise in writing. Taxes are added where they apply.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time; your paid plan then continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded.
- Limits. If your usage reaches your plan's limits we may warn you, restrict creation of new records, or ask you to upgrade. We will not delete your data because a limit was reached.
- Late or failed payment. We may suspend a paid plan or move the account to the free plan if a payment fails and is not corrected after notice.
4. Your data
You own the information you and your customers put into treadflow (“Customer Data”). You give us permission to host, process, display and back it up as needed to run the service for you, and to create anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that do not identify you or your customers.
- You are responsible for having the right to enter Customer Data, for giving your own customers any notices and obtaining any consents the law requires, and for the accuracy of what you record.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including our role as a processor of your customers' information.
- You can export your records using the CSV export tools in the product. After an account is closed we will delete or de-identify Customer Data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it by law.
- Delivery photos and signatures are retained with the delivered request as proof of handoff and cannot be deleted by users after delivery.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or use the service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful content;
- access another organization's data, or try to bypass roles, permissions or usage limits;
- probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission;
- overload or disrupt the service, or use automated means to scrape or copy it;
- reverse engineer the software or resell or white-label the service without our agreement;
- upload malware, or photos and signatures you do not have the right to collect.
We may suspend access that puts the service, other users or their data at risk, and will tell you why where we can.
6. Drivers, deliveries and your customers
treadflow is a software tool. We do not store, transport, insure or handle anyone's tires, and we are not a party to the arrangement between a business and its customers. The business is responsible for the physical storage, pickup and delivery of tires, for any damage or loss, for its insurance, and for how it prices and charges its customers. Routes, travel times and address suggestions come from third-party mapping services and are estimates.
7. Third-party services
The service works with providers such as Stripe, Google, and our hosting and email providers. Your use of those features may be subject to the provider's own terms. We are not responsible for a third party's service.
8. Our intellectual property
treadflow, its software, design, name and logo belong to us. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription for your internal business operations. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep treadflow available and secure, but the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime unless we agree otherwise in a signed order form. We may carry out maintenance, and outages can happen. Support is provided by email; priority support is part of the Pro plan.
10. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will meet every need of your business. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, treadflow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and CAD $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and cover us against third-party claims, and related costs, that arise from your Customer Data, your breach of these terms, or your operation of your business (including damage to or loss of customers' property), except to the extent we caused the claim.
13. Ending the agreement
You may stop using treadflow and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms and do not fix it after notice, or immediately where needed to protect the service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive (data, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify account administrators by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either of us may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
